I am pleased to announce that we are once again participating in The Chronicle of Higher Education’s 'Great Colleges to Work For' program.  Thanks to our tremendous 2017 survey respondents, we were recognized as an Honor Roll institution, the highest honor in the award recognition program.  I extend my gratitude to those who participated last year.  We should all be proud of such an accomplishment! 

This year affords us the same opportunity to highlight how the people of the University of Mississippi are our greatest asset.  Six hundred randomly selected UM employees will receive an invitation this year and I encourage everyone to share your honest insight and feedback. Although recognition is not guaranteed, we derive value from participating in this program.
