  • Explore the New Orleans Life Story Project at the Historic New Orleans Collection, the Friends of the Cabildo Oral History Project with materials housed at Tulane University and the Louisiana Historical Center, and the New Orleans Public Library’s Jambalaya Oral History Program
  • Visit the homes and favorite hangout haunts of iconic Southern writers, including Faulkner House Books and Pirates Alley Café  
  • Trace the literary legacies and walk in the footsteps of some of New Orleans’ most celebrated authors on a Literary Walking Tour of the French Quarter
  • Feast together—literarily and literally—at wordsmith spots and iconic cuisine locales, including the Hotel Monteleone's Carousel Piano Lounge, Backspace Bar & Kitchen, and Café Du Monde.
