Student Disability Services - Rebel Access

SDS is transitioning to a new online system called Rebel Access for use by students, faculty, and the campus community.

SDS is excited to announce changes in the way we manage and arrange accommodations.  Beginning August 10, 2018, SDS will transition to an online management system called Rebel Access.  Using Rebel Access:

  • Student will request their accommodations.
  • Faculty will receive Instructor Notification letters through the system via email.
  • Students and faculty will schedule tests to be given at the SDS Testing Center.
  • Faculty can log into the system to view the accommodations request in their classes.
  • Students will request and receive accessible format reading materials.
  • Volunteer notetakers will upload notes to be viewed by approved students and faculty can view the notes to access their quality.
  • Faculty can upload course syllabi to assist SDS in arranging accommodations such as accessible format reading materials and interpreting.
  • The campus community can request interpreting services for public events.

Closer to the August 10, 2018 launch date, SDS will provide more detailed information on using Rebel Access.
