Sewing for Beginners
Friday, Sept 21st at 12:00 noon: Free Workshop in the IDEA Lab, located on the 1st floor of the JD Williams Library
In the first of our textile workshops, we will teach you helpful hand-sewing techniques. Learn how to correctly stitch a button to an article of clothing. We will also show you how to adjust the hemline of a pair of pants, by giving an introduction to machine sewing. All members of the campus and Oxford community are welcome to attend and the event is completely free.
