Invitation

Enter our 1st Annual Makerspace Hack O’Lantern Contest by taking pumpkin decorating to a whole new level. Go high tech with led lights, motion sensors, or servo arms to create an e-pumpkin. Or go more traditional with intricate carving or painting. Feel free to compete as a team or take the challenge on as a solo maker. 

Open flames are not allowed, but feel free to add waterproof electrical lighting components. Judging is open to the entire campus community 12pm-4:00pm. Just show your campus ID to cast your vote. The winner will receive a trophy and a video of their work will be posted online for the whole world to admire.

Hack O'Lantern Entries are due in the IDEAlab by 11am Oct 31!
