Global Mississippi: A Cookbook
Submit your favorite recipes to celebrate the diversity of the University of Mississippi!
The Office of Global Engagement at the University of Mississippi is seeking your help in collecting favorite recipes from international students, faculty, and staff, though submissions are welcome from any member of the UM community. We would like to publish sections from the countries represented at UM with information on each country represented in the cookbook.
Please send your favorite recipes – comfort food, appetizers, soups, entrees, sauces, desserts, drinks, anything! We will credit you for your submission if included, and we hope to integrate a cooking demonstration or food fair to celebrate the cookbook as part of International Education Week 2019.
