Join Campus Recreation in its Small Group Training Level I classes! Great for beginners or those needing to improve their lifting form. This progressive small group training class will be led by a trainer and will break down the basic lifts. 

Dates: January 28-March 6 (Mondays & Wednesdays)
Time: 1pm-1:45pm
Location: The Tank (1st floor in the Turner Center)
Cost: $75
