Graduate Writing Fellowships for 2019-2020

Faculty in any department that assigns any writing may nominate a graduate student for this fellowship to support writing in your department


Graduate Writing Fellows are graduate students from any discipline who are selected to support faculty in their departments with the development of writing assignments, support students in any stage of the writing process, and produce periodic workshops on effective writing practices in their field. Graduate Writing Fellows will not grade student writing. Fellowships are renewable and require fellows to complete successfully WRIT 671: Writing/Consulting Theory & Practice of Peer Tutoring, a 3-credit-hour course on best practices in teaching writing in the disciplines.
