Come join a fun, interactive class in the May Intersession (May 13-24, 2019). Time flies by! Come spend two weeks learning how to use music effectively in your elementary class. Register now at my.olemiss.edu for MUS 329, Music For Children 

This class will meet for just two weeks from 8-12p. Previous students have said about this intersession course:

• This class is great! I came in with no musical experience, had a great time and made a good grade . . . It was such a fun class - the best education class I've taken yet (and I'm a senior!).
• Take this course, you won't regret it. You learn alot about yourself and about students. You will also take away learning strategies and techniques that can be incorporated into your own classroom which is neat.
• Dr. Paney always came to class energetic, which made the lessons more interesting. I really enjoyed how small the class size was and how many activities/hands-on things we did in class.
• He is so enthusiastic and really puts in a lot of effort to show how to teach younger children music.
