As part of the recent redesign of the Office of Information Technology's support ticket processes, all SAP and myOleMiss related issues should be emailed to email@example.com. This will open a ticket in our support ticket system which allows SAP Support to manage your requests in a more timely fashion. Additionally, you will have full visibility into the status of your request/issue. When emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, you are encouraged to include attachments, screen prints, etc. where appropriate to help us analyze your issue.
