Dear University Employees,

Just a reminder that time for the current pay period (11/24/19 – 12/08/19) is due by noon on Monday, December 9, 2019.  Remember, the 4 hours that the university closed early on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 should be entered as Administrative Leave (JURY line) for all non-exempt (hourly) employees.  Thursday, November 28, 2019 and Friday, November 29, 2019 should each be entered as holiday (HLDY line) for all non-exempt (hourly) employees.  If any non-exempt employees worked on either holiday, they should be paid overtime for those hours.

Also, any corrections to estimated time from last pay period (11/09/19 – 11/23/19) should be done during this pay period.  If you need any days reset to make corrections please email payroll@olemiss.edu with your name, employee number, and the day that needs to be reset.
