Don't miss out on the many health benefits of Yoga- improving your strength, mobility, and balance; reducing stress; helping with common aches like back pain; boosting your immune system; and more. 

Come get started with the UM Communiversity "Beginner's Yoga - Understanding the Basics"​ class offered from 5:30-7 p.m. on Thursdays, Jan. 23, 30, and Feb. 6 and 13 at the UM Jackson Avenue Center.

The cost is $80 and the class is open to everyone in the community.
