Functional Small Group training is designed to give you a variety of workouts led by a Personal Trainer to work towards your fitness goals.

Functional Small Group training is designed to give you a variety of workouts led by a Personal Trainer to work towards your fitness goals. Fitness equipment in the South Campus Recreation Center such as the SynergyXL Functional Rig, Selectorized machines, Cable stacks, Free weights and the Indoor Turf Area will be utilized to provide challenging workouts to keep you coming back for more. You will learn new ways to push your workouts to the next level and reach your fitness goals. No prior exercise experience needed.
