SAP Alert

During the month of June, select SAP Training Classes will be offered via Zoom instead of the normal, classroom based method.  If you wish to participate in one of these classes, you will need to enroll at https://sap.olemiss.edu/training.

NOTE:  Enrollment in these classes should be limited to those employees requiring training to complete their job duties while the university is operating under the guidelines in place for COVID-19.

We would also like to announce the following changes to some of our courses:

The SAP Reports I class has been divided into two courses:

SAP Reports I - Work Order Reporting - this course has been combined with the SAP Notifications course.

SAP Reports I - Purchase Order Reporting

The SAP Procurement Card class has been divided into two courses:

SAP Procurement Card I - Basics - This course will cover the user's guide for the procurement card program.  All cardholders and department card administrators must attend.  This course is a pre-requisite to SAP Procurement Card II.

SAP Procurement Card II - Managing Transactions - This course will cover posting procurement card documents in SAP.  All department card administrators and their backups must attend.  Cardholders are not required to attend unless they will also serve as a department card administrator or administrator backup.
