Small Group Training Session 3

These small group sessions will include a brief classroom component to educate you on the lift before trying and learning it on the floor.


Intro to Weighlifting
Held on the HD Athletic Rig in the South Campus Recreation Center, this small group training will teach you the basics of the Bench Press, Back Squat, and more! We will educate you on all of the main lifts and offer technique coaching as well. This class will allow you some new training variations of the traditional lifts and improve your overall knowledge on strength training. These small group sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration and will include a brief classroom component to eduate you on the lift before trying and learning it on the floor.

Day/Time: Tuesday/Thursday, 12:00-1:30 pm
Format: Intro to Weightlifting with Rashun
