Brief Survey on Student Health Behavior During COVID-19
Undergraduate students are invited to take a brief survey on their health behavior. Twenty students will each win a $25 gift card!
As part of a research project on better understanding college student health behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic, undergraduate students at UM are invited to participate in a brief, one-time online survey that should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Participation is voluntary, and all of your responses will be kept completely anonymous. As a thank you for participating, you will have the chance to enter into a raffle to win one of 20 $25 Amazon gift cards. Data collection will close on October 30th, so be sure to take the survey today!
