Reminder

E-forms affecting sponsored program accounts requiring effort certification must be finalized by noon on Friday, December 8th.  After this date, payroll cost distribution changes must be made via the Effort Certification process. 

The fall 2023 automated effort certification process effective for the period beginning August 9, 2023 through December 24, 2023 will be released by January 15, 2023.  Users will certify effort via myOleMiss for employees working on sponsored programs funded from federal or state funds during the certification period.
