TEDxUniversityofMississippi is seeking speaker nominations for its 2022 event: New Avenues. If you are someone you know is investigating a New Avenue—previously taken or in the making—we look forward to hearing from you. Self-nominations are welcome. The nomination form is on our website.

TEDxUniversityofMississippi is a locally, self-organized event under license from TED. Our local eventshares the wonder of Mississippi—it’s innovators, creators, and thinkers. We share ideas from outside Mississippi that can impact Mississippians in a positive way. Ultimately, we share an evening of curated events that spark conversation in our community and beyond.

We will provide a platform for approximately eight speakers on February 22nd, 2022 at the Gertrude C. Ford Center on the University of Mississippi campus. Please note, speakers are not paid, but they do enjoy exposure on the TEDx channel, which has international viewership. TEDxUniversityofMississippi talks have been viewed over 3.5 million times!
