Important Memo for UM Online & iStudy Class Instructors

UM's approved remote proctoring service is now Respondus Monitor. The process has begun to phase out service with ProctorU. Memo is linked.

Please review the attached memo with full details and contact information regarding assessment planning for your upcoming online and iStudy courses.

The University’s approved remote proctoring service is provided through Respondus Monitor. UM provides this as a free service for all students, and it is the required form of remote proctoring for faculty who wish to use remote proctoring for their course exams.

If you currently use ProctorU (a paid-by-student option) as your primary remote proctoring services, please note that ProctorU can no longer be the primary mode of assessment for online courses after Spring 2022.

Further details are provided in the linked memo.
