Payroll Period 11/24/2021 - 12/08/2021

Dear University Employees,
Guidance is provided below for non-exempt (hourly) employees and supervisors/managers approving their timesheets.
For the following pay period, 11/24/21-12/08/21:
The university closed at 1pm on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. All non-exempt (hourly) employees should enter 4 hours as Administrative Leave (JURY line) to cover the university closure.
Thursday, November 25, 2021 and Friday, November 26, 2021 were official University holidays and all non-exempt (hourly) employees will enter these two days as “holiday” (HLDY line).
If a non-exempt (hourly) employee worked on either official University holiday, the employee must be given another day off within their normal workweek, credited with compensatory time at one and one-half hours for each hour worked, or be paid at one and one-half times their regular rate in addition to 8 hours of holiday pay.
