Distinguished Research Award Nominations Deadline

This award is designed to recognize a faculty member who has shown outstanding accomplishment in research, scholarship and/or creative activity. Nominees must be an associate or full professor (including research associate professors or research professors who are not tenure-track faculty) and must have been continuously employed full-time by the University for a minimum of five years.

Please note:

Application packages are retained for three years (process began in 2017.) If you submitted an application package in 2019 or later for a DRCAA nomination, you will not need to resubmit the entire application package, just an updated CV and any additional information that you may want to add to what is on file. We are carrying over nomination packages for 3 years.

Nominations will be accepted via email through EOD March 15, 2022 to chancellor@olemiss.edu.

For additional information and details of the nomination requirements, please visit
