Update to Federal Mask Mandate on Public Transportation

Due to court order, masks are no longer required on public transportation systems including OUT buses.

As a result of a court order, effective immediately, the Transportation Security Administration will no longer enforce its Security Directives and Emergency Amendment requiring mask use on public transportation and transportation hubs. This applies to Oxford-University Transit (OUT). The Centers for Disease Control continues to recommend that people wear masks in indoor public transportation settings at this time.
