Study the Economics of Food and Nutrition in this 100% online Winter Intersession course NHM 373 Consumer and Food Economics. Through video modules and online group activities, you will learn the economic models explaining why healthy eating guidelines often fail. Insights from in behavioral economics and recent developments in neuroeconomics provide ideas for more effective intervention options. The course counts toward the Minor in Food Studies and the Minor in Nutrition.
