Dig in to one of Europe’s culinary and cultural capitals as you explore all that Florence and the Tuscan region have to offer, from pastas to piazzas. During this program, you will learn more about one of the world’s most celebrated regional cuisines and experience, first-hand, the culture that influences it. Through excursions to vineyards, olives groves, regional cheese production and interactions with local food experts, you’ll come to better understand the "farm to table" ideology of Italy and the Mediterranean.
