Powerlifting 101 participants will be introduced to the sport of powerlifting. Throughout these sessions, participants will squat, bench, deadlift in a powerlifting style. These sessions will be held at Turner and will take place in the vault, with occasional sessions in the Turner Fitness Center. Powerlifting 101 is open to all fitness levels! These sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 - 6:15pm on March 21st - April 21.
