Session I: Functional Fitness Circuit Training

Join us for this four week program that includes a hybrid of strength training and high intensity interval training!

SCRC Turf | Mondays and Wednesdays | June 5th - 30th | 3-4pm

$50 for students | $75 for community members

You will learn how to properly use functional training equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, sandbags, and more. You will also learn variations of several functional movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and rows. Each session is led by one of our certified personal trainers, who will be there to demonstrate proper technique and movement patterns, provide feedback, and encourage participants throughout each session. This session will run on Monday and Wednesday, from 3 to 4pm, from  June 5th through June 30th, and will meet on the South Campus Recreation Center Turf area each session. Participants will need to have active swipe access to Campus Recreation facilities during the entire session.
