Reminder

In an effort to track the Youth Programs on our campus and ensure compliance with the University's Supervision of Minors Policy, the Office of Equal Opportunity & Regulatory Compliance requests that all programs register with our office using the Qualtrics link below. 

 

Youth Program 2023 Registration

 

The survey is fairly short and only asks basic information about the program, including the program name, date(s), and contact information.

• If you have a program that runs multiple times, such as one in each summer term, you only have to register it once. Be sure to note that it is recurrent and list all dates that it will run.
• If you have an ongoing program or one that runs periodically by request/appointment, also make note of this on the survey.
