Ten minutes of Mindful Monday begin at noon.

Take 10 minutes for mindfulness by watching a video from UM counselors that guide you through exercises focused on mental well-being.


As part of the Chancellor’s GROVE Well-Being Initiative, faculty, staff and students are invited to take 10 minutes each Monday at noon to focus on mindfulness and mental health well-being.

Join the Mindful Monday videos each Monday at noon here.

UM counselors will release a video each week that guides viewers through such as mindful breathing, chair stretching and the STOP method.

Mindful Monday is part of Chancellor’s GROVE Well-Being Initiative, a new project focused on increasing awareness of wellness services. This project reflects the university’s deep commitment to the overall well-being and enhancement of our campus community’s wellness journey, which includes preventative health, physical health, mental health and social wellness.
